Quick solutions to problems you might encounter.

Connection Issues

“Pop-up blocked” when connecting an integration

Problem: Your browser blocked the OAuth sign-in window.

Solution:

  1. Look for a pop-up blocked icon in your browser’s address bar
  2. Click it and allow pop-ups from Pithy
  3. Try connecting again

Integration shows “Disconnected” or “Re-authentication required”

Problem: Your access token has expired or been revoked.

Solution:

  1. Go to Profile menuPreferencesIntegrations
  2. Click Disconnect on the affected integration
  3. Click Connect to re-authorise

Connection keeps failing

Problem: The OAuth flow isn’t completing.

Solution:

  1. Make sure you’re allowing all requested permissions
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Check that third-party cookies are enabled
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again

Panel Issues

Panel shows “Error loading content”

Problem: The panel couldn’t fetch data.

Solution:

  1. Click the refresh icon on the panel
  2. Check that the integration is still connected
  3. Verify your internet connection
  4. Wait a minute and try again (the service might be temporarily unavailable)

Panel is stuck on “Loading”

Problem: The panel is waiting for data that isn’t arriving.

Solution:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. If the problem persists, the external service might be down

Panel shows old data

Problem: The panel hasn’t refreshed recently.

Solution:

  1. Click the refresh icon on the panel
  2. Ask the assistant to “refresh [panel name]”

Assistant Issues

Assistant isn’t responding

Problem: The chat seems stuck.

Solution:

  1. Wait a few seconds - some responses take time
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Check your internet connection

Assistant gives wrong information

Problem: The response doesn’t match your data.

Solution:

  1. Try asking more specifically
  2. Refresh the relevant panel first
  3. Check that the integration is connected and has the right permissions

Account Issues

Can’t log in

Problem: Login isn’t working.

Solution:

  1. Check you’re using the right email address
  2. Try resetting your password
  3. Clear your browser cookies for Pithy
  4. Try a different browser
